Located on a secure 75-acre-campus, phase one of this two-phase project incorporates the new construction of a 205,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art corporate office and operations center and a 27,000-square-foot thermal energy plant for Lincoln Electric System. The three-story office building features an attached training facility with conditioned soil for the year round practice of setting power poles and includes executive offices, board rooms, multipurpose areas, a lunchroom/catering space, a fitness area with locker rooms, a private balcony, and a large lobby. Built to LEED standards, the high-security facility includes a power management room within the operations building.
