Built adjacent to the occupied high school, the new 135,550-square-foot middle school expands Ashland-Greenwood’s campus with a two-story academic wing and a dedicated performing arts center. The facility includes general classrooms with multiple flex spaces, science labs, and specialized areas for vocal and band instruction. A secure main entrance leads to administrative offices, while a commercial kitchen and commons area provide space for daily student life and gatherings.
Additional features include a competition gymnasium, a wrestling room, and a large auditorium with a performance stage. The project was constructed simultaneously with another school on the same site and also involved extensive site work, including new roads, drop-off lanes, and parking lots to support the expanded campus.
