Edward’s Stone Office & Warehouse

This project involved the new construction of a 7,200-square-foot, energy-efficient pre-engineered metal building featuring a clerestory area with exposed stained wood trusses. Site work included raising the building pad, installing utilities, and completing both interior and exterior concrete. Inside, the build-out provides multiple offices, a showroom, a conference room, and a large warehouse space. Enhanced spray foam insulation was used in the attic to maximize energy efficiency and long-term performance.
