Serving as construction manager, Hausmann is helping deliver the largest housing project in North Platte’s history. Planned across approximately 11.48 acres, the development will include 800 residential units designed to support a growing workforce and expanding community needs.
Legacy Point also shares a site relationship with the North Platte Collaboration Campus, another Hausmann-managed project focused on education, family support, food access, and community services.
