The North Platte Collaboration Campus will bring several essential community services together on one shared site, creating a first-of-its-kind hub for education, family support, food access, and hands-on learning in western Nebraska. As construction manager, Hausmann is helping turn this multi-building vision into a coordinated, community-focused campus designed for long-term flexibility, fiscal responsibility, and meaningful public-private partnership.
The project includes five interconnected facilities: a 28,945-square-foot library, 12,060-square-foot children’s museum, 33,932-square-foot early childhood center, 14,300-square-foot shared support space, and 25,392-square-foot food bank. Together, these spaces will support literacy, early learning, workforce development, regional food access, and shared programming for families across Lincoln County.
Located on the same site as Legacy Point at Fritz Farms—another Hausmann project—the campus reflects Hausmann’s ability to manage complex, multi-phase work while maintaining strong coordination between owners, partners, designers, and the surrounding community.
