This fast-tracked project involved additions and renovations at six schools across the Adams 12 Five Star Schools district, all completed within a tight summer construction window. At Coyote Ridge Elementary, Northglenn Middle, Centennial Elementary, and Cherry Drive Elementary, upgrades included new playgrounds and full-size turf fields, gym renovations with new floors, bleachers, and lockers, security enhancements, and comprehensive MEP improvements. At STEM Launch and Westlake Middle School, the work included classroom renovations, full fire alarm system modernization, new kitchens, gym floor replacements, main corridor updates, and security upgrades—delivering critical improvements across campuses while minimizing disruption to the academic calendar.
