University of Nebraska at Kearney Health Sciences Education Center

Located at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, the 50,000-square-foot Health Sciences Education Center is a collaboration between UNK and University of Nebraska Medical Center. The two-story facility houses seven health education programs and serves over 300 students. With laboratories and classrooms fitted with state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, participants are able to communicate with other campuses and healthcare facilities throughout the region. With seven classrooms, five laboratories, and 14+ simulation areas, the building is advancing healthcare and promoting inter-professional education in a rural setting.
