Phase I of this 45,000 square-foot clinic — reworked from a former office building — includes interior renovations creating health, dental, and pharmaceutical service departments with multiple exam rooms, an x-ray department, and minor operatory procedure rooms. Exterior building upgrades include a new entrance canopy, new exterior panels, and sitescapes.
