Completed for Omaha Public Schools, Spring Lake Elementary School underwent a major expansion and modernization effort to support a growing student population and improve long-term building performance. The project included an 84,915-square-foot addition that added ten new classrooms, directly addressing overcrowding and providing flexible, modern learning spaces designed to serve students and staff for decades to come.
In addition to the new addition, the project delivered capital improvements throughout the existing building. Updates to the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems were paired with targeted building system upgrades to increase overall efficiency, comfort, and reliability. Together, the improvements modernized the campus while maintaining continuity with the existing school environment.
