This project included a 13,700-square-foot addition serving as the new home for the Boys and Girls Club of Lincoln. The addition features a 4,163-square-foot gymnasium, two multi-purpose rooms, and administrative offices, along with a 700-square-foot secured entrance remodel to improve safety and access control. Sustainability was a key component of the work, with the installation of 20 geothermal wells, each drilled 400 feet deep, to support long-term energy efficiency.
Construction was completed alongside an occupied school, requiring careful coordination to maintain daily operations. The cafeteria addition doubled the size of the existing space, improving capacity and functionality.
